7.1. SPC Defect Group: Add a Defect Group

Procedure

Select a product in the SPC Configuration window left-pane.

Do one of the following.


A	Click File>New>Defect Folder on the SPC Configuration window menu bar.
B	Right-click the selected product; select Defect Folder on the Popup menu.

Results

A Defect Folder Properties dialog box opens.
