cor_stamp_calc_utcHR
Generates a UTC timestamp for a particular date and time. Invalid input parameters will not cause this function to fail.

Input Arguments
yyyy

The year. Must be in the range 1970.9999. |

The month. Must be in the range 1.12. |

The day. Must be in the range 1.n, where n is the number of days in the month. |

The hour, specified as a 24-hour clock. |
min
|
Minutes past the hour, in the range 0..59 |
sec
|
Seconds, in the range 0..59 |
tt100Nano
|
Fractional seconds, specified in 100 Nano seconds. |

A pointer to caller-supplied storage for the result in UTC time. |
