Software Installation

Steps for installing HMI for CNC are as follows.

Step 1 (HSSB only) Install HSSB interface hardware.
Step 2 Install CIMPLICITY software.
Step 3 Install FOCAS HSSB driver if HSSB card is used.
Step 4 Configure the HSSB Card.
Step 5 Copy FOCAS Libraries to your system.
Step 6 Install HMI for CNC software.
Step 7 Verify successful communications.
Note: HMI for CNC licensingis included in the licensing hardware key. Consult your GE sales representative for details.
