OPC UA Client Sink block

The OPC UA Client Sink block is used to write Architect fields to OPC UA servers.

NOTE

This block makes only 1 connection to the OPC UA server.

This connector may or may not be available on the user palette, according to your license type.

OPC UA Client Sink block

Description

The OPC UA Client Sink block is an OPC UA data access client. It connects to OPC UA data access servers and writes data to the server's nodes.

Input port

All the fields in the input port of the sink block are written to OPC UA nodes. The associations between Architect fields and OPC UA nodes are made in the user interface of the block.

Functions performed on tags

The sink block does no processing on the tags. The value, quality and timestamp of the Architect fields are written directly to the OPC UA nodes.
