SPC+ Introduction

Statistical process control (SPC) is a powerful tool used to monitor and reduce the variation of a process. Processes under statistical control are more efficient and therefore can save your company valuable time, human and financial resources.

SPC provides information of the ongoing process capability, and is a visual management tool of the process.  It is used to detect variation and inform the user that the process is out of control.

SPC+ provides users with univariate statistical process control in both design-time and run-time environments. SPC+ is used to detect the worst-performing key performance indicators (KPIs) of a process, illustrating the possible source of process deviations.  By implementing corrective measures on these indicators, your process performance will be considerably enhanced.

Multiple SPC+ fields can be added and configured through the Troubleshooter wizards for statistical analysis.
