Introduction to Architect

The CSense Architect provides a rich and powerful visual integrated development environment (IDE) for process engineers, analytics engineers and data scientists to design, develop and simulate streaming analytics for industrial time-series data with support for industry standard real-time and historical data providers.

The Architect enables the design, development and simulation of analytics and solution blueprints to deliver real-time streaming analytics that can interface directly with industry standard data providers such as Historians and OPC servers.

User-friendly libraries and simple-to-configure blocks are provided in a visual drag-and-drop environment that supports the rapid development of solution blueprints.

While developing analytics and solution blueprints, users can choose from a variety of options based on their individual skill level, ranging from:

Ready-to-use high-level rapid development tools and algorithms, and/or
Scripting using popular languages such as Python, C# and VB.Net, and/or
Extending the ready-to-use options by developing custom components using your programming language of choice that supports the development of COM Objects (such as Visual C++ and Visual Basic) or .NET assemblies using the .NET framework.
Integrate your custom 3rd party components using the .NET and COM Wrapper blocks.
