Verifying a Database

To verify a database:

  1. In the Database Manager, in Ribbon view, on the Home tab, in the Diagnostics group, click Verify.

- Or -

In Classic view, on the Database Menu, click Verify.

If Database Manager detects no errors, the following text appears:

Database verified on node: [nodename]. No errors detected.

  1. Click OK to acknowledge the message.
  2. If Database Manager detects errors, the Verify Database dialog box appears. Correct the errors listed in the dialog box.
