The start-up environment option lets you specify the environment in which the iFIX WorkSpace starts. By default, the iFIX WorkSpace starts in the configuration environment.

However, when you have finished configuring each node, you may want to configure the iFIX WorkSpace to start up in the run-time environment automatically.
