Performance Recommendations are used in ASM to provide up-to-date information regarding how a strategy is performing. They provide the basis for any modifications necessary to keep the strategy optimized and current.
Performance Recommendations are visible via a side panel in ASM the same way as Strategic Recommendations are viewed at the Analysis level in RCM/FMEA, as shown in the following image. This panel is available for all strategy pages except for Implement Actions.
Performance Recommendations provide the greatest value when the user is on the Actions page. The user can compare the findings from the inspector or engineer with the strategy Actions, to determine if the Tasks derived from those Actions are effective.
When navigating a strategy for which Performance Recommendations have been created for the asset it is linked to, a message will appear the first time the user lands on the Actions page. This will alert the user of the need to view Performance Recommendations in conjunction with the strategy Actions.
See the Recommendation Management section of the documentation for additional options when working with Recommendations.
