Add a Recommendation

Steps

Access the FMEA Module Overview page.
Select the analysis in which you want to add a Recommendation.

In a new tab, the Analysis Details (Analysis Details) workspace for the selected analysis appears, displaying the Analysis Overview (Analysis Overview) section.

In the left pane, select the Asset to which you want to add a Recommendation.
In the left pane, select the Failure Mode to which you want to add a Recommendation.

The workspace for the selected Failure Mode appears, displaying the Failure Modes (Failure Modes) section.
In the workspace, select the Failure Effects (Failure Effects) tab.

The Failure Effects (Failure Effects) section appears.
Select to expand the Recommendation pane.

Note: If you want expand the Recommendation (Recommendation) pane, drag the button at the upper left of the pane to expand it.
In the Recommendations (Recommendations) pane, select .

The new Recommendation appears in the pane, displaying the Identification (Identification) section.
As needed, enter values in the available fields.
To include Action Information in the Recommendation, in the Identification (Identification) section, select the Action Information tab, and then, as needed, enter values in the available fields.
Select .

The Recommendation is saved.
