Add Inspection Profiles

Steps

1. Access the existing Inspection Profiles for the selected asset.

2. In the workspace heading, select , and then select Manage Equipment Profiles.

   The Manage Inspection Profiles workspace appears.

   Note: If selected unit does not have any exisiting Inspection Profiles, the Manage Inspection Profiles page appears displaying a blank Inspection Profile Details datasheet. If this occurs, continue to step 3.

3. In heading of the left pane, select .

   The new Inspection Profile Details datasheet appears.

4. As needed, enter values in the available fields. All required information is provided, but for additional information, consult the Inspection Profile Family Field Descriptions.

   • In the Item Category field, select type of asset from the drop down list.
   • In the Item ID field, enter a unique name for the asset.
5. Select .

The Inspection Profile is added.

Results

• The Inspection Profile is saved to the parent inspection.
• You can now modify the datasheet for the new profile by accessing the Inspection Profile workspace. select to save your changes.
