This topic describes how to view information to improve reliability for an Asset Hierarchy Level. You can also access production information for all the Asset Hierarchy Levels in your organization.
You can perform various tasks on this page based on the membership in various Security Groups.
In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select .
The Asset Hierarchy appears.
In the left pane, navigate to the Hierarchy Level for which you want to view the RA Overview page.
In the workspace, select the Performance tab.
A list of types of performance-related analyses performed on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level appears.
Locate the row that contains a hyperlink that specifies the number of analyses that have been conducted on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level.
The hyperlink specifies the following:
Select the hyperlink.
The RA Overview page appears.
The list of analyses that appear on the following tabs are not associated with specific Hierarchy Level and are, therefore, not filtered based on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level:
Automation Rule: Contains a list of Automation Rules available in the database.
Note: The number on each of the above tabs indicates the number of analyses or rules that are listed in the corresponding tab.
The information that appears on the following tabs and graphs are filtered based on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level:
System Reliability: Contains a list of System Reliability Analyses available in the database associated with assets at the selected Asset Hierarchy Level.
Note: The number on each of the above tabs indicates the number of analyses or rules that are listed in the corresponding tab.
Track Results by Recommendation Implementation Year: Contains a line chart that displays yearly performance of Hierarchy Levels on which Reliability recommendations have been implemented. The chart displays sum of all the maintenance costs and production costs associated with all the Hierarchy Levels related to the Reliability recommendation. The chart plots the sum of the maintenance costs and production costs of the Hierarchy Levels for the current year and the previous four years.
By default, the Track Results by Recommendation Implementation Year graph excludes the maintenance costs and production costs associated with Production Loss Analysis (PLA). If you want to include the maintenance costs associated with PLA in this graph, you need an active license for PLA, access to the required PLA families, and use RATrackResultsByRecommendationWithPLA graph, which is available in the Public\Meridium\Modules\Reliability Manager location. To use this graph, you must modify the Reliability Dashboard Dashboard configuration in the Public\Meridium\Modules\Reliability Manager folder.
Top 10 Bad Actors: Contains a chart that plots the losses that were contributed by the selected Asset Hierarchy Level and its children for a given time period. The losses represented here are the sum of maintenance costs and the production losses caused by the causing Hierarchy Levels. You can also include the sum of Total Losses in the graph by modifying the query. When you include this category, the graph is updated to include one additional slice, which represents the Total Losses. By default, this chart shows values for last 90 days.
You can hover or tap on datapoint for a Hierarchy Level to view:
IMPORTANT: This chart is visible only if the license for Production Loss Analysis is active.
While viewing any of the charts, you can select to customize the appearance of the chart by using standard graph features.
By default, the hierarchy level is set to Home. You can filter the hierarchy level by selecting in the upper-left corner of the page.
The Reliability Analytics information on this page is related to an Asset and children of the Asset. If you also want to view Reliability Analytics information that is not related to an Asset, in the Include analyses without any assets box, select Yes.
You can customize the time period for the information that appears on the tabs or charts. To do so, in the upper-left corner of the RA Overview page, select , and then, in the Period box, enter the desired value of time period.
