Using your SAP system, you can configure ASI to let you see and work with data (e.g., Task Lists) that is specific only to certain Maintenance Plants in that SAP system. Throughout the ASI documentation, these Maintenance Plants are referred to as secured Maintenance Plants.
To access your secured maintenance plan in ASI Admin settings, use the following steps.
Steps
Select the Secured Maintenance Plants tab.
The Secured Maintenance Plants workspace appears.
In the SAP System ID drop down menu, select the ID of the system you want to view.
The records for the selected Secured Maintenance Plants will appear in the workspace.
