Consolidate Performance Recommendations

Before You Begin

Note: This documentation assumes that you are working with Performance Recommendations with subfamilies that include Consolidate.

Steps

1. Access the Recommendation Management page.

2. Next to each recommendation that will be involved in the Consolidate operation, select the check box.

   Note: The Recommendations must be in the same family and same state.

3. On the upper-right corner of the page, select .

   The state control menu appears.

   

4. Select Consolidate, and then select Done.

   The Consolidate Recommendations window appears.

5. In the Consolidate Recommendations window, you can select either of the following options: 

   • Select the dominant elements of the Recommendations that you are consolidating.

     -or-

   • Select Merge Remaining Unselected.

6. Select Consolidate.

   The selected Recommendations have been consolidated.
