Modify a Team Charter

Steps

1. Access the Root Cause Analysis for which you want to modify the Team Charter.

2. Select the Team Charter tab.

   The Team Charter section appears.

   

3. Select .

   A box appears, displaying the current Team Charter text.

4. As needed, modify the existing text or enter new text.
Tip: You can select Add Default Team Charter button to set the default text as the Team Charter for the selected analysis.

5. Select Done to save your changes.

   The Team Charter section displays the modified Team Charter.
