Rounds Designer Workflow

This workflow provides the basic, high-level steps for using this module. The steps and links in this workflow do not necessarily reference every possible procedure. For more procedures, see the links in the Related Information section.

1. Create Allowable Values, which is necessary before you create Routes containing character Measurement Locations or Template Groups containing ML Templates.
2. Create Lubrication Components, Manufacturers, Methods, and Lubricants.
3. Create Templates.
4. Create Template Groups.
5. Create a Route.
6. Add checkpoints to the Route.
7. Define a schedule for the Route, checkpoints within the Route, or both.
8. Define the order in which the checkpoints should appear on the Route.
9. Add conditions to the Route.
10. Add reference document to the checkpoints.
11. Assign users to the Route.
12. Activate the Route in order for it to be available in Rounds Data Collection.
13. After data has been collected for Routes, review compliance information on the RD Overview page and view reports.
