Mimic Card
A mimic card provides a specific view of a process diagram associated with an asset. This allows you to monitor and control production equipment and processes.
Operations Hub New Layout | Refer to Visuals Tab for more information on the layout of widgets in Configuration Hub. |
Operations Hub Classic Layout | Refer to About Widgets (Classic) |
The mimic card also allows you to update values during runtime, and get results immediately.
You can use the mimic card with or without a model. When not using a model, create pages and assign direct tags.
Mimic Card Properties
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Asset Name (Optional Override) | Provide the asset name for which you want to replace its currently
assigned mimic. Note: You can opt to override either an asset name or a mimic
name. If you attempt to override both, only the asset name is
considered. |
Mimic Name (Optional Override) | Provide the mimic name to replace the currently assigned mimic. The new
mimic must use only direct tags (not model-based) for its data sources. Also,
the new mimic cannot use click-target navigation as the mimic has no context
for navigation when loaded in this manner. Note: If you do not specify an
override for both the asset name or mimic name, then the mimic from the
selected asset context in a breadcrumb is considered. When not using the
breadcrumb in an application, it is mandatory to provide an override either
for the asset name or the mimic name. |
Height | Allows to set the height of the widget at runtime. You can set the values in percent or pixels. For example, 100%, 50%, 300, etc. |
Override Mimic Background Color | Overrides the mimic's background color. |
