Importing Display Configuration

The display configurations on the Displays worksheet can be imported onto a new Proficy server or onto an existing Proficy Server. If you are importing display configuration onto an existing Proficy Server, you must change the name of the display; otherwise, the import will fail. However, the configuration information on the other worksheets (DisplayVariables, DisplayPlots, and DisplayOptions) can be changed and the changes will be applied to the existing display.

To import display configuration

1. Ensure the workbook containing your display configuration is open.

2. In the Plant Applications Administrator, expand Client Management.

3. Do one of the following.

4. Right-click Displays and select Import Configuration.

5. Right-click a display group and select Import Configuration.
