Production Management is where you define customer information, create customer orders, create and manage production schedules and crews.

• From Administer Customers, you create and manage customer information.

• From Administer Customer Orders, you enter and maintain customer order information.

• From Administer Customer Shipments, you import and export customer shipment information.

• From Administer Production Schedule, you import and export process order information.

• From Administer Crew Schedule, you create crews, shifts and view schedule information.

• From Administer Non-Productive Time, you enter and manage your non-productive time schedules on production units.
