Creating an Ad Hoc Report

You can create ad hoc reports by clicking a report type (Similar to a template. You can use the report type to create ad hoc reports or you can save the report as a report definition) in the left pane. After clicking the report type, the right-pane will display the different dialogs used to determine the content of the report. After you've finished determining the content, you'll be able to save the changes.

To create an ad hoc report

  1. Log on to the Plant Applications Web Report client. How?

  1. In the left pane, open the desired folder and click the appropriate title.

  1. In the right pane, click the tabs to determine the report's content.

  2. On the You're Finished tab, select Execute Immediately and click Submit to create an ad hoc version of this report.
