Select the Risk tab.
The list of risk assessments appears.
Select the risk assessment.
The Unmitigated Risk Assessment window appears, displaying the Risk Matrix.

The list of risk assessments appears.
Select the risk assessment.
The Unmitigated Risk Assessment window appears, displaying the Risk Matrix.
Note: You can also access the risk matrices associated with an entire analysis and the individual records within a system by selecting the risk assessments at those levels.
