Create a Hazards Analysis

Steps

1. Access the Hazards Analysis Overview page.

   Hint: You can also access the Hazards Analysis Overview page for a particular hierarchy level.

2. In the workspace heading:

   • If you are conducting a HAZOP Analysis, select the HAZOP tab.
   • If you are conducting a What If Analysis, select the What If tab.

   The selected section appears, displaying a list of Hazards Analyses of the selected type.

   

3. In the upper-left corner of the workspace, select .

   A blank datasheet for the Hazards Analysis appears.

   

4. As needed, enter values in the available fields.

5. In the lower-right corner of the datasheet, select Save.

   The Hazards Analysis is created.
