On the top navigation bar, select .
The Asset Hierarchy appears.
In the Asset Hierarchy, select the Functional Location you want to view in the Thickness Monitoring Overview workspace.
Below the workspace heading, select the Strategy tab, and then in the Thickness Monitoring row, select TM Assets.
The TM page appears, displaying the Thickness Monitoring Overview workspace.
Note: The Assets tab and section only list assets that have Corrosion Analysis Settings. If you want to include another asset, you will first need to create Corrosion Analysis Settings for that asset.
The tabs at the top of the page summarize the number of TM assets and their corresponding functions in various categories. You can select a tab to view one of the following lists:
- Assets: Displays the Equipment Technical Number and Asset ID for all assets in the selected TM unit.
- Assets Requiring a Calculation: Displays a list of assets that have not been calculated.
- Thickness Inspections: Displays the Equipment Technical Number, the Asset ID, and the Asset Controlling Next Inspection Date for the Thickness Inspections in the selected unit.
- Excessive Corrosion: Displays the Equipment Technical Number, Asset ID and the Controlling Corrosion rate for assets that have high rates of corrosion.
- Readings Below or Near T-Min: Displays a list of TMLs whose readings are at or near the established T-Min value for the selected unit.
The Thickness Monitoring Overview workspace also contains the following graphs and charts:
- Corrosion Rate Distribution: Displays a summary of the Corrosion Rates in the selected unit.
- Remaining Life: Displays the Remaining Life for the selected unit in years.
- TM Tasks: Displays a list of inspection tasks, ordered by Next Date.
- Degradation Distribution: Displays a list of assets and their corresponding Degradation Mechanisms and Analyses.
Optionally, if you have configured Thickness Monitoring to link Functional Locations directly with TMLs and TML Groups, in the upper-right corner of the workspace, you can select to open the Functional Location in the Analysis Overview workspace.
