About the Inspection Management (IM) Data Loaders

Using the Inspection Management (IM) Data Loaders, data can be loaded into Inspection Management in the following ways:

Using Inspection Management (IM) Assets.xlsx, you can create or update Inspections and related records that are linked to Equipment records.
Using Inspection Management (IM) Functional Location.xlsx, you can create or update Inspections and related records that are linked to Functional Location records.

The Inspection Management (IM) Data Loaders can be used to create and update new or current Inspections, and can also create records that represent Archived Inspections (i.e., inspections that have been completed and approved in the past). Because Archived Inspections will be locked upon creation, they cannot later be updated.

A data load for Inspection Management is intended to be completed by an individual in your organization who has been designated as being responsible for importing and maintaining Inspections in Meridium Enterprise APM, usually an Inspector.
