The following issues, which existed in one or more previous versions, have been resolved.
Description	Tracking ID
Previously, user defaults were not used to get any default value for a newly created user, including the default site. This issue has been resolved. Now, if a user has a default site set in the AD sync page, that site will be taken as the default. If not, the first site assigned to the user in alphabetical order will be taken as the default site.	958052
