Audit Log Filters
The following table describes the filter options that can be used to filter the audit logs:
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Name | Name of the user that performed the action. Begin entering the name of the user who performed the action. Displays <user first name> <user last name> . |
Action | Lists the action type. Enter the action of the user. For example: Alert Created, Case Created, Case Linked, Update (for Asset), Permission set updated). For Cases, possible activities include: Case Assigned, Template Applied, Case Created or Deleted, Case Claimed or Acknowledged, Note Added or Deleted, Attachment Added or Deleted. |
Detail | Details of the action. Enter any other detail by which to filter. |
TimeStamp | TimeStamp to sort the displayed results. |
Time | TimeStamp when the Audit Log was created. |
Action Type | Action type. Note: Enter the action of the user. For example: Alert Created, Case Created, Case Linked, Update (for Asset), Permission set updated). Actor | User account name of the person who performed the action. |
Actor Display Name | Full name of the user who performed the action. |
App Name | Asset Application name. |
Description | Description of the action. Enter any other detail by which to filter. |
Event Start Time | Time of when you started the update. |
New Value | Value after the resource update. |
Old Value | Value before the resource update. |
Resource | Resource name on which the action was performed. |
Resource Type | Resource type on which the action was performed. |
Resource UUID | Resource UUID on which the action was performed. |
Version | Application version. |
