Previously, when you attempted to access the Layers of Protection Analysis module, a blank page appeared without any indication that you did not have access to the module in the following conditions:
  • You did not have an active Hazards Analysis or SIS Management license.
  • Your user account was not assigned to the roles or groups that are necessary to access the module.
