Access the RCM Module Overview page.

Select the analysis containing the Failure Effect to which you want to use Decision Logic.
In a new tab, the Analysis Details (Analysis Details) workspace for the selected analysis appears, displaying the Analysis Overview (Analysis Overview) section.

In the left pane, select the function that contains the Failure Effect to which you want to use Decision Logic.
In the left pane, the Functional Failures for the selected function appear.

In the left pane, select the Functional Failure to which you want to use Decision Logic.
In the left pane, the Failure Modes for the selected Functional Failure appear.

In the left pane, select the Failure Mode to which you want to use Decision Logic.
The workspace for the selected Failure Mode appears, displaying the Failure Modes (Failure Modes) section.

Select the Failure Effects (Failure Effects) tab.
The workspace for Failure Effects appears.
- Select the Decision Logic (Decision Logic) tab.

Select Yes (Yes) or No (No) to respond to the question.
The next question is displayed immediately after you select the Yes (Yes) or No (No) button.

Continue selecting Yes (Yes) or No (No) in response to each question that appears. The number of questions that are presented will depend upon your responses.
When you have responded to all the questions, a suggested action will appear.
Hint: Before the Decision Logic (Decision Logic)is saved, you can modify any of your previous answers by selecting the numbered button belonging to the answer that you want to change.

Select Save (Save).
You can select the Decision Logic (Decision Logic) tab on the RCM Failure Effect workspace to view a summary of your responses and the suggested action.
Hint: If you want to modify your responses, select on the Decision Logic (Decision Logic) tab, and then select the numbered button that belongs to the question to which you would like to modify the answer. Select Save (Save) to save the new Decision Logic recommendation. Click Cancel (Cancel) to abandon all modifications and go back to the original Decision Logic recommendation.
