Access a Route for Data Collection

This topic describes how to access a Route from the Rounds Data Collection Overview page. You can also access the Route by scanning the bar code of the asset or the location. You can do this if you are using Meridium Enterprise APM Mobile Application on a device that supports bar code scanning.

Before You Begin

• If you want to take readings offline for a Route, enable offline access for the Route.

Steps

1. Access the Rounds Data Collection Overview page.

2. Depending on whether the Route that you want to access is overdue or due, select one of the following tabs:

   • Overdue Items
   • Due Items

   A list of Routes appears.

   

3. Select the Route that you want to access.

   The Route appears, displaying the following information:

   • The Route Map pane: Displays a list of Assets and Measurement Locations in the Route.
   • The Reading workspace: Displays the Reading datasheet for the Measurement Location that you select on the Route Map pane. By default, the first Measurement Location is selected. The following items appear below the datasheet:
     • Additional Instructions
     • Reference Documents
     • The Measurement Trend graph
     • A list of possible conditional Measurement Locations
   • The Recommendations pane: Displays a list of Recommendations in the Route, allowing you to create a new one. To view the Recommendations pane, in the upper-right corner of the page, select .
