Access the Rounds Data Collection Overview Page

The information on the Rounds Data Collection Overview page is related to the asset hierarchy level. You can set the hierarchy level either by selecting in the upper-left corner of the page or from the Asset Hierarchy page. If you do not set the asset hierarchy level, it is set to Home.

Before You Begin

• You can access the Rounds Data Collection Overview page only if you are a member of the following Security Groups:
  • MI Operator Rounds User
  • MAPM Security Group

  You can perform the various tasks on this page based on the privileges granted to these Security Groups.

Steps

1. On the Meridium navigation menu, select Strategy, and then select Rounds Data Collection.

   The Rounds Data Collection Overview page appears, displaying the following information for the current asset hierarchy level:

   • The Route Completion graph: Plots the number of readings taken as a percentage of the number of readings that were due on the Routes that have been marked done for the past 30 days.
   • The Scan button: Allows you to scan the bar code of an asset or a location using the camera of the mobile device that is used for data collection. This button appears if you are using Meridium Enterprise APM Mobile Application.
   • The Device Settings button: Displays the Device Settings window, which allows you to set the download horizon and sync interval with the device.
   • The Overdue Items tab: Displays a list of Routes that are overdue, allowing you to access the Route or mark it done. The number on the tab indicates the number of Routes that are overdue.
   • The Due Items tab: Displays a list of Routes that are due, allowing you to access the Route or mark it done. The number on the tab indicates the number of Routes that are due. If the Route has a schedule set, then the due date is value in the Next Date field of the Route. If the Route does not have a schedule set, then the due date is the earliest date among all the Next Date values specified for all the Check Points in the Route.
   • The Assigned Routes tab: Displays a list of Routes that are assigned to you, allowing you to enable or disable offline access. You can also mark a Route done, and also filter the list of Routes based on their status and whether offline access is enabled or disabled. The number on the tab indicates the number of Routes that are assigned to you.

   • The Recommendations tab: Displays a list of all Recommendations. The number on the tab indicates the number of Recommendations.
