Change the State of Multiple RBI Criticality Analyses

Before You Begin

• All the analyses to which you want to assign a new state should be in the same state.

Steps

1. Access the Risk Based Inspection Overview page.

2. In the Assets section, select the check boxes corresponding to the assets that contain the analyses to which you want to assign a new state.

   -or-

   Select the Corrosion Loops tab, and then, in the Corrosion Loops section, select the check boxes corresponding to the Corrosion Loops that contain the analysis to which you want to assign a new state.

   In the upper-right corner of the section, the button is enabled.

   

3. Select .

   The Change Analysis States window appears.

   

4. Select the check boxes corresponding to the analyses to which you want to assign a new state.

   In the upper-right corner, a box appears with a list of states, displaying the state of the currently selected analyses.

   Note: If the selected analyses are not in the same state, then this box is disabled.

   

5. In the state list box, select the state you want to assign to the selected analyses.

   

6. Select Done.

   The values in the state column corresponding to the selected analyses change to reflect the new state. While the Change Analysis States window is open, you can continue to repeat steps 4 to 6.

7. Select Close.
