Configure Data Mapping

For each component that will use a custom Degradation Mechanism Evaluation, you must create a new Data Mapping Group record.

Before You Begin

• Create a custom DME family.

Steps

1. On the top navigation bar, select , and then navigate to and select Data Mapping Group.

   The Record Manager page appears, displaying a new Data Mapping Group datasheet.

   

2. On the Data Mapping Group datasheet, in the ID field, using the following template, enter RBI_CNAFC_<Component Family ID>-<New DME Family ID> (e.g., RBI-CNAFC MI_CCRBICTB-TEST_CUST_DME).

3. Select .

   The custom Data Mapping Group record is saved for the custom DME.

4. If you want to add another Data Mapping Group, on the upper-right corner of the page, select , and then select Add.

   A new Data Mapping Group datasheet appears.

   IMPORTANT: Repeat the previous steps to create a new Data Mapping Group record for each custom DME record.

5. Repeat steps 2-3 to add the additional Data Mapping Group.

   The additional Data Mapping Group is added to the DME.
