Recommendation Management Workflow

The Recommendations pane in GE Digital APM can be used as a tool to manage all the recommendation records created for an analysis. Recommendations are classified as eitherPerformance Recommendations or Strategic Recommendations. The Recommendation pane provides a common set of functions that is used by both Performance and Strategic Recommendations.

IMPORTANT: The following set of procedures is not comprehensive. Some modules document their own recommendation-specific functionality. Additionally, Performance Recommendations can also be managed through the Performance Recommendation Management module.

Using the Recommendation pane, you can perform the following functions:

1. Search Recommendations
2. Filter a Recommendation
3. Modify Recommendation State Assignments
4. Supersede Recommendations
5. Consolidate Recommendations
6. Promote Pending Recommendations to ASM
7. Unlink a Recommendation from an Analysis
8. Unlink Linked Recommendations
9. Delete a Recommendation
