Unlink Linked Recommendation Records

Before You BeginOpen

To work with linked recommendations, the system must contain recommendation records that have previously been Consolidated or Superseded.

Note: You cannot unlink a recommendation record from a master recommendation record that has been promoted to an Action.

Steps

  1. Access the Recommendations pane.

  2. Next to one or more Consolidated or Superseded recommendations that you want to unlink, select the check box.

  3. In the Recommendations pane heading, select , and then select Unlink from Master.

    The selected recommendations are unlinked from the driving Consolidated or Superseded recommendation.
