APM OT Connect Conductor	Service to manage Adapters & execute Source Tag and Subscription Syncs
APM OT Connect Adapter	Adapter translates supported Client protocols to the OT Connect Redis/ActiveMQ based transports
Protocol Adapter	The Component within the APM OT Connect Adapter that allows it to communicate with a specific OT protocol, such as OPC-HDA Classic
Process Historian	Specialized databases used for recording real-time process data, such as temperature or pressure. EX: OSI Pi, Honeywell PHD, Proficy Historian
OPC Server	OPC Classic service allowing standards-based access to a Process Historian
OT Connect Process Data Server	A Windows Server with both OPC Server(s) and APM OT Connect OT Connect Adapter Service(s) are installed, allowing APM to communicate with on or more Process Historians
OT Source	An APM Record representing a Process Historian
Source Tag	Tag from a Process Historian
Content Map	Relationship between Source Tag and (consumer and/or asset), with properties. modeled as an Entity Family
Reading	Time series style point of data for a tag (timestamp, value, quality)
