Software Support
- APM Connect: APM Connect now supports integration with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI).
- Interfaces can securely communicate with SAP backend systems using SAP CPI.
- All integration flows (iFlows) are published and deployed on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- iFlows follow SAP-recommended standards to ensure compatibility with future SAP upgrades.

Visual Changes
- Inspection Management: The Expand button for defining the Inspection Method has been moved to the left and updated with a chevron icon for improved usability.
- Family Policies: The JSON Parser node has been renamed to Parser.
- Policy Designer: The JSON Parser node has been renamed to Parser.
- Root Cause Analysis: The layout of flags on the Event Timeline has been improved to prevent overlap in both the UI and exported files. A collapsible panel has been added for the list of events, and zoom functionality has been enhanced to improve navigation.
Features and Enhancements
- Action Management: You can now sort data in most of the columns of the Strategy Actions workspace, improving data navigation and usability.
- Asset Strategy Implementation: The Asset Strategy Implementation (ASI) Data Loader now supports updating the status of a Work Management Item (WMI).
- Asset Strategy Management: The maximum number of Controlled Strategies allowed per Asset Strategy Template (when applied as a Master) is now configurable.
- Calibration Management:
- When importing calibration data using the Data Loader, you can now specify the site reference name of a Calibration Profile.
- When performing a calibration, in addition to trueness values, you can now capture precision values. This allows you to ensure that the measurements are more precise, especially when calibrating a critical asset/measurement. The calibration result is then calculated accordingly. For more information, refer to About Precision Calibration.
- Deferral Configuration: A new field, Required State for Deferral Configuration, has been added to the Inspection Recommendation page that allows you to define the state an Inspection Recommendation must be in before it can be deferred. For more information, refer to Create or Modify a Deferral Configuration Record.
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis: Recommendations created from the same template can now be consolidated and promoted to Asset Strategy Management for efficient management.

- Foundation
- A new option, Expand text fields to fit content, has been added to the Print dialog box to allow text and input fields to expand in the print output.
- Inspection Management
- A new option, Auto-Generate Inspection Task ID, has been added to the Inspection Configuration workspace to support automatic generation of Task IDs. For more information, refer to About Application Configuration.
- You can now specify the required state for deferring an Inspection Recommendation in the Deferral Configuration.
- Task execution records are now created automatically when a task is completed via an Inspection Event and the Inspection Task Complete checkbox is selected. This includes:

- RBI 580 and RBI 581
- You can now map RBI Components to the Schematic View (2D Visualization) to visualize component risk. This feature requires a Mechanical Integrity 2D Visualization license.
- A new component type, Sphere, is now available for modeling RBI Components. This supports inventory calculations in both RBI 580 and 581 analyses.
- Field mappings from RBI Recommendations to Actions and from Degradation Mechanisms to Risks can now be customized using new policies in Policy Manager.
- The RBI Bulk Evergreening workspace is now accessible from the Process Unit workspace and displays eligible analyses linked to assets in the unit.
- An error message is now displayed when finalizing risk without recalculating after field changes. This is indicated by an orange calculator icon and can be disabled in Admin Settings.
- RBI 581
- Linked inspections are now automatically assigned to the relevant Degradation Mechanism Evaluations when duplicating or applying RBI 581 Risk Analyses, or creating a What If Analysis, based on the selected check boxes (Use Combined Confidence or Use Related Inspection).
- A new policy, MI581HETB-DEF-RISKMAPPING-OPERATIONS, is now used for risk mapping in analyses linked to HE Bundle Damage Evaluations.
- New materials have been added to the Material Cost Lookup for RBI 581 calculations, including Admiralty Brass, Brass, Duplex SS, and Super Duplex SS.
- RBI 580: Linked inspections are now automatically assigned to the relevant Degradation Mechanism Evaluations when duplicating or applying an RBI Criticality Analysis, or creating a What If Analysis, if you selected the Use Combined Confidence check box and if the inspection was within a 20-year duration.
- Root Cause Analysis
- You can now navigate directly to verification tasks in the Analysis Summary section.
- A baseline RCA Analysis Data Loader is now available for bulk upload of new or modified analyses.
- Multiple RCA Analyses can now be exported in bulk in a format compatible with the RCA Data Loader.
- Work History events can now be imported into the Event Timeline.
- Rounds Pro
- Readings and images from the Rounds Pro mobile app now sync to the APM server in the background, enabling near real-time review.
- Location data captured during Step Readings or Recommendations is now viewable in the Maps section.
- You can now define the maximum number of Route instances when creating or modifying a Route Master.
- Custom fields can now be defined and displayed on the Measurement Step page.
- Route instance check-outs can now be canceled, allowing other users to check out the Route.
- A new History tab has been added to the step view in Designer, allowing access to previously recorded readings for a specific step.
- Location data is now captured when recording a step reading or creating a recommendation in the mobile app. This data is viewable in Maps.
- The Conditional Step Data Loader now supports steps from different assets using new fields: Conditional Step Asset Id and Conditional Step CMMS System.
- Step Templates now support creating steps with their conditional steps when applied to an asset.
- SIS Management
- SIL Analyses can now only be deleted if deletion is explicitly enabled by a SIS Administrator. A new preference, Allow Deletion of SIL Analysis, has been added to the SIS Admin Preferences page.
- State Management is now supported for the Proof Test Task family. Tasks automatically transition to Completed or Rejected based on event outcomes. Also, the Task Addressed field in a SIS Proof Test Event contains the Proof Test Tasks that are in the Scheduled state only.
- Task Execution records are now created when a task is addressed in a SIS Proof Test event and the Functional Test Complete check box is selected. This includes:
- New fields in the Task Execution family.
- A baseline relationship between SIS Proof Test and Task Execution families.
- A new policy, Proof Test Task Execution, for managing record creation and field mapping.
- Task revisions are now created when any field in the Proof Test Task family is updated. This includes:
- New fields in the Proof Test Task Revision datasheet.
- A baseline relationship between Proof Test Task and its revision family.
- Automatic field mapping for shared fields.
- The MTTFS contribution chart is now plotted based on STR values.
- Thickness Monitoring
- If the Correct Measurement Based on Growth check box is not selected in TM Admin Preferences, the Check for Growth field field is now disabled.
- The GE Device Service now automatically installs and configures the SSL certificate required for HTTPS connections with APM.
- The TM Quick View page now includes:
- Component Type and Location from the Thickness Measurement Location family.
- Remaining Life from the TML Corrosion Analysis family.
- The Thickness Measurement - Assets Data Loader now supports user-defined Inspection Families. A new column has been added to the template for specifying the Inspection Family ID.
- User Experience Settings
- A new module, User Experience Settings, has been added under ADMIN > Operations Manager to allow customization of footer color and tenant name.
- Workflow Solutions
- In the AHMA-20250314 package:
- Templates can now be re-applied to existing assets to update inputs and configurations.
- Pre-existing Conditions and Conditional Steps can now be reused in Rounds and Rounds Pro modules.
- The AHMA template library has been expanded to support additional asset types (e.g., Switchgear, Electric Motor, Pump, UPS, etc.).
- In AHMA Dashboards, a filter query has been implemented to enable automatic filtering.
- In the AHMA-20250506 package:
- AMI scoring now uses Work History data.
- Dedicated AMI dashboards have been added.
- L1-level KPIs are now included: Maintenance Compliance, Maintenance Action, Maintenance Cost, and Maintenance Outcome.
- In the SHW Package (20250310):
- The System Asset Analysis widget now includes a new column, HI_SOURCE, to indicate whether a Health Indicator originated from EHW or AHMA.
- In the Daily O&M (20250311) package:
- The Analytics Driven Alert List – (Last 72 Hours) widget now displays data from the ACC Alerts Family instead of Predix-Alerts.
- The Rounds Deviation widget now includes data from both Rounds Pro and Legacy Rounds.

Performance Improvements
- Reliability Analytics: Performance has been improved when copying a Scenario, which is now handled by the Job Scheduler.
