Table 1. Enhancements and New Features

The following enhancements and new features have been added.

To enhance monitoring efficiency, in the Alerts Grid, the values applied in lower Bulk Action panel during the last action (i.e. disposition, status, and owner) are now saved, allowing you to re-use them without selecting the values.F60225

Alerts Grid:

To enhance information availability when reviewing alerts in the grid, you can now access additional scan group data when you hover over the alert name. This data includes the Source Tag, Units and Tag Description.

Alert View:

To improve the information availability when reviewing Alert Details, the scan group data now includes the Source Tag, Units and Tag Description.

To increase the flexibility of the Charting module, the following enhancement have been added:

  • You can now control whether you want to display the Tag Alias or the Data Source tag name in the tag browser and while searching. In the Chart Settings window, a General section has been added where you can enable the Display Tags as Tag Alias field value. If you disable this, then the tags will use the source name.
  • Following changes have been added to Charts for multiple alerts ( Alert Bulk Action > Charts):
    • When you select multiple alerts, the date range of the charts will default to current time – last two weeks.
    • If the alerts are from multiple assets, the asset order will be based on the order in which the assets are displayed in the Alerts Grid.
    • The duplicate tags will be filtered out from the charts that are displayed.
    • The tags from each asset will be grouped together (For example, even if an alert for Asset #2 was in between two alerts for Asset #1, similar asset tags will appear together).
  • Charts will now display all assets when navigating from a case.

To improve usability, when you filter a column that contains a fixed set of values in the Alerts Grid view, you can now select one or more values contained in the column as the filter criteria. To facilitate this enhancement, the filter button has been added to the headings of the following columns:
  • SEVERITY
  • STATUS

To improve usability, when you filter a column that does not contain a fixed set of values in the Alerts Grid view, you can now specify the following filter criteria:
  • Starts With
  • Ends With
  • Contains
  • Does Not Contain
  • Equals
  • Does Not Equal
To facilitate this enhancement, the filter button has been added to the headings that appear for the following columns:
  • NAME
  • ASSET ID
  • ASSET NAME
