GVH is committed to transparency in all its business dealings—including during the GDA process. As part of the GDA process we’re inviting the public and wider stakeholders to make relevant comments and ask questions about our design.

How your information will be used

We welcome public comments as they play a vital and valuable role in the GDA process. Every relevant comment will be reviewed by the regulators and will help inform their assessment.
Your comments will be kept only for use related to the GVH BWRX-300 GDA process. Any return correspondences will only relate to your feedback.
Your comments may be anonymously published on the GVH BWRX-300 web site and used in conversation with our regulators to summarise comments received during the GDA process.
By submitting your comments, you consent to GVH using your information in this way.
Comments will be accepted until August 31, 2025.
