Following our recent domain migration, the context-sensitive help (F1) option is currently unavailable for the CIMPLICITY online help. SIMs are available on our Support site to resolve this; please see article ID 000071506. In the meantime, until you are able to download and install the SIM, if you want to access the help based on a screen's context, you can install and configure the local help option by following the steps in Install Local Help.
