A new page, Manage Deferrals, has been added, enabling bulk management of deferrals. You can manage the state of a deferral or delete a deferral.577694
You can now save result grid column preferences. To facilitate this enhancement, advanced settings are enabled for result grids for sub-inspections in Inspection Detail workspace.573422
In the NR13 Full Inspection Report and in the NR13 General Inspection Report, a new section named Task Details has been added, and in the NR13 Technical Data section, a new field named Fluid Name has been added. 553350
State Management is now supported for the Inspection Task family. Most states and operations are reserved and will be transitioned automatically when you complete an Inspection Task. However, if needed, you can also manually transition an Inspection to the Rejected state. In addition, non-recurring Inspection Tasks that have been completed are automatically moved to the Completed state.
To facilitate this enhancement, the following queries have been modified to filter out tasks that are in the Completed and Rejected states:

Inspection Management and Thickness Monitoring are now integrated with the following features:
  • You can now link TMLs to an Inspection Task using data loader.
  • You can now export Inspection Tasks and the linked TMLs.
  • You can now import Thickness Measurements for TMLs associated with an Inspection Task. When these measurements are imported, a General Inspection is created automatically for the Inspection Task and the Thickness Measurements are linked to the Inspection.

The inspection task picklist displayed in the Task Addressed field of the Inspection datasheet and during the creation of an inspection, will not display the task which are in the Completed or Rejected state.280550
To improve usability of the archiving feature in Thickness Monitoring, the following fields have been added to the Asset Corrosion Analysis family:
  • Archived Date: By default, this field is not displayed in a datasheet. You can manually add it to a datasheet or run a query to check the value.
  • Archived By: This field is displayed in the Review Archived Analyses page and the Asset Corrosion Analyses datasheet.

The following issues, which existed in one or more previous versions, have been resolved.

Previously, if you configured the status-to-state mapping for an Inspection, and if you mapped the Approved status to the Approved state, the Final Inspection Lock and Inspection Lock fields were set to False. This issue has been resolved.616659
Previously, if state management was disabled for the Inspection Recommendation family, an error occurred when you accessed the Recommended Actions pane. This issue has been resolved. Now, regardless of whether state management is enabled, the Recommendations appear in the Recommended Actions pane.587770
Previously, if you updated the Desired Interval, the Max Interval field was not updated if the following conditions were satisfied:
  • The Consider TM Remaining Life check box was selected.
  • The Desired Interval was greater than Max Interval.
