In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select
The Asset Hierarchy appears.
In the left pane, navigate to the Hierarchy Level for which you want to view the RCA Overview page.
In the workspace, select the Performance tab.
A list of types of performance related analyses performed on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level appears.
Select the hyperlink that specifies the number of Root Cause Analyses that have been conducted on the selected Asset Hierarchy Level.
The RCA Overviewpage appears, displaying the following information for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level:
- In Progress section: Contains a list of Root Cause Analyses, for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level and its children, that have not yet been completed. The number on the tab indicates the number of analyses that are listed in the In Progress workspace.
- Published section: Contains a list of Root Cause Analyses, for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level and its children, that have been completed and published. The number on the tab indicates the number of analyses that are listed in the Published workspace.
- Template section: Contains a list of Root Cause Analyses, for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level and its children, that you can use to create new Root Cause Analyses. The Root Cause Analyses in the Template state are identical to Root Cause Analyses that are in the InProgress state, except that they do not have an analysis team defined. The number on the tab indicates the number of analyses that are listed in the Templateworkspace.
- Cause Details section: Contains a list of Root Cause Analyses, for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level and its children, that have their cause type defined in the Logic Tree. You can select the hyperlink for an analysis to view the details of the Root Cause Analysis to which the Hypothesis is associated. The Root Cause Analyses in the Template state are not considered.
- Recommendation Summary graph: Contains a chart that displays the number of recommendations filtered by state for the selected Asset Hierarchy Level.

Cause Summary graph: Contains a doughnut chart that displays the number of Hypotheses, that are filtered based on type of cause (i.e. Physical, Human, and Latent) associated with the current asset and its children. The Root Cause Analyses in the Template state are not considered.

Track Results by Recommendation Implementation Year graph: Contains a line chart that displays yearly performance of Hierarchy Levels on which RCA recommendations have been implemented. The chart displays sum of all the maintenance costs associated with all the Hierarchy Levels related to the RCA recommendation. The chart plots the maintenance costs of the Hierarchy Levels for the current year and the previous four years.
By default, the Track Results by Recommendation Implementation Year graph excludes the maintenance costs associated with Production Loss Analysis (PLA). If you want to include the maintenance costs associated with PLA in this graph, you need an active license for PLA, access to the required PLA families, and use Track Results by Recommendation Implementation Year-V4 graph, which is available in the Public\Meridium\Modules\Failure Elimination\Queries\Dashboard Queries location. To use this graph, you must modify the RCA Dashboard-V4 Dashboard configuration in the Public\Meridium\Modules\Failure Elimination\Dashboards folder.

You can filter the hierarchy level by selecting
By default, the Root Cause Analysis information on the page is related to an Asset and children of the Asset. If you also want to view Root Cause Analysis information that is not related to an Asset, in the Include analyses without any assets? box, select Yes.
