DescriptionTracking ID
To distinguish between tenants using APM V5.0.0.0.0 and tenants still using the older version, a new permission set, APM Next, has been introduced. After you deploy or upgrade to V5.0.0.0.0, the APM Next permission set is automatically activated for all the existing users. For new users, however, you must activate the permission set. Only then, they can access APM. US556701
You can now configure State Management using the following newly introduced user permissions:
  • SM_Initiator
  • SM_Owner
  • SM_Planner
  • SM_Team Leader
  • SM_Coordinator
  • SM_Facilitator
  • SM_Assessor
  • SM_Approver
  • SM_Analyst
