Deployment and Scheduling

Configure Deployment and Scheduling

About This Task

This topic describes how to set the default values for Analytics scheduling and the associated deployment.

Procedure

  1. In the Applications menu, navigate to RELIABILITY > Analytics > Configuration.
  2. Expand Deployment And Scheduling.
  3. Enter values as described in the following table.
    FieldDefinition
Template Type Identifies the default Analytics Template data frame type used while uploading the template. You can enter one of the following values:
    • Shared Time Stamp
    • Per Port Time Stamp
    • HierarchicalType
    • DescriptiveType
Output Tag FormatIndicates whether the output tags are used as DynamicMapping or AssetTagMapping.
Custom AttributesIndicates whether you want to enable adding custom attributes under filters.
Disable Asset Level CacheIndicates whether GEDA Asset query calls are cached to load asset filter data. If you want to use cache, set this field to false.
Scheduled Run Logs LimitIdentifies the asset-level deployment logs entries that contain input and output json files. You can enter a value up to 20. We recommend that you enter 3.
Lines of Analytic LogsIdentifies Analytics run log line limit. The default value is 1000 and the permissible value can range between 0 to 10000.
Maximum Asset Selection CountIdentifies the maximum number of assets that appear in the ASSET FILTER field while selecting an asset in the Deployments section. We recommend that you enter a maximum value of 1000.
Trigger Deployment Per TemplateIdentifies the number of deployments that are triggered from ingested Time Series data for each template.
Trigger Deployment CountIdentifies the total number of deployments used in a given tenant.
Trigger Deployment Auto DeleteIndicates whether the trigger for deployment must be automatically deleted.
Analytic Runtime Resources Dynamically EditableIdentifies whether analytics resources can be updated.
Minimum Schedule TimeIdentifies the least scheduling frequency in minutes for a deployment. We recommend that you maintain a high value for Analytics frequency so that there is a sufficient duration between last execution and next execution times of scheduled Analytics.
IO UploadIndicates whether you can upload CSV files for IO Mapping fields on inputs, constants, and output.
Success Log EnableIndicates whether info logs must be generated for each selected asset for deployment. You can set this value to enable deployment issue diagnosis. To avoid extra logging and runtime performance issues, we recommend that you set this field to false.
  4. Select Save.
The deployment and scheduling settings are configured.
