Failure Modes and Effects Analysis Upgrade

The following baseline queries in the Public\Meridium\Modules\FMEA have been modified and upgraded:

• FMEA Failure Effects and Recommended Actions
• FMEA Recommended Actions by Type

These queries will be updated automatically when you upgrade the components in the basic APM system architecture. No additional steps are required. If you have modified baseline queries, then you will need to manually update the queries to incorporate the changes.
