Table 1. Enhancements and New Features

The following enhancements and new features have been added.

The Last Inspection Date field on RBI Degradation Mechanisms Evaluations is now mapped to newly implemented recurring Inspection Tasks. To facilitate this enhancement:
  • The RBI Recommendation Inspection Date field will be set to the RBI Degradation Mechanism Evaluation Last Inspection Date when generating recommendations.
  • A new field, Last Inspection Date, has been added to the Action family and will be set to the RBI Recommendation Inspection Date.
  • The Last Date field in the Inspection Task will be set to the RBI Recommendation Inspection Date when the Task is recurring.
  • The ActionMappingToInspectionTask Policy has been updated.

The collapsible sections in the following workspaces can now be expanded:
  • Asset Summary workspace
  • Component workspace
  • Analysis workspace
  • Analysis workspace
  • Unit Summary workspace
This allows you to access the relevant data in a single view by expanding the section.

To enhance usability and improve contextual awareness, Schematic View (2D Visualization) has been introduced within RBI Corrosion Loops. This capability will allow you to:
  • Map the linked RBI Components
  • Visualize the risk of the Components using color coding
  • View risk information of the Components
  • Download the schematic image
You can render industrial drawing formats (.svg, .dwg, .jpeg, .pdf, and so on) to plot RBI Components. An active Mechanical Integrity 2D Visualization license will be required to access this functionality.

Table 2. Resolved Issues

The following issues, which existed in one or more previous versions, have been resolved.

Table 4. Enhancements and New Features

The following enhancements and new features have been added.

The updated values may impact the Weighted Component Damage Consequence Area and Weighted Personnel Injury Consequence Area fields based on the calculated AIT Blending Factor. For more information, refer to KBA 000071009.

You can now override the calculated SHE Consequence Area on the RBI 581 Consequence Evaluation. The User SHE Consequence Area will then be used to calculate SHE Risk on the related Damage Mechanisms and parent RBI 581 Risk Analysis. Additionally, the User SHE Consequence Area will be mapped to the ISO Risk Graph and Risk Matrix. To facilitate this enhancement, the following fields have been added to the RBI Consequence Evaluation datasheet:
  • Allow Override of SHE Consequence Area
  • User SHE Consequence Area

RBI 581 HE Bundle Damage Evaluation is now supported in the RBI 581 Data Loader and while exporting an RBI 581 Risk Analysis. To facilitate this enhancement, a new sheet DME_HEBundle has been added in the Data Loader template workbook.365261
To improve usability, the fields related to cladding are now dynamically disabled based on the value set for the Cladding is Present field. To facilitate this enhancement, functionality has been implemented to disable all fields required for cladding when Cladding is Present is set to No. This change is applicable to the RBI Component, RBI 581 Risk Analysis, and RBI 581 Thinning and Lining families.261646
