      As an operator, you have the capability to define the raw material lot identifiers that are required for the production of a specific lot. This can be done using the material release functionality, which involves integrating with ERP systems. The JSON query containing the necessary information is validated within the ERP inbound messages. Once the query is successfully validated, the ERP Scheduler service imports the data into Plant Applications for further processing.
    - Assignment Lot Import
      To ensure successful integration with the ERP system, you must create an assignment for a specific material lot through the ERP integration inbound messages. The ERP Scheduler service will validate the messages, and upon successful validation, it will import the specific lot assignment into Plant Applications.

About Material Release

As an operator, you have the capability to define the raw material lot identifiers that are required for the production of a specific lot. This can be done using the material release functionality, which involves integrating with ERP systems. The JSON query containing the necessary information is validated within the ERP inbound messages. Once the query is successfully validated, the ERP Scheduler service imports the data into Plant Applications for further processing.

After the successful import of the specific lot through ERP integration, the operator is required to consume that specific lot of a work order in Unit Operations and Work Queue. To create an assignment for a material lot through ERP integration, refer to Assignment Lot Import. To consume the assigned material serial/lot that is tagged to the work order, refer to Consuming a Lot with the associated Material.
