Cancel a Work Order

Before you begin

If you do not have the permission to perform this task, request your administrator to provide the permission using Security.

Procedure

  1. In the Work Order Manager page, depending on the status of the work order that you want to cancel, select one of the following tabs:
    • Released
    • On hold
  2. In the row containing the work order that you want to cancel, select .
    Note:
    The button is enabled only if the work order is in the Ready status.
    A message appears, asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the work order.
  3. Select Yes.
    The work order is cancelled.
