View User-Defined Event Details

About this task

Use this procedure to view the following details for a user-defined event:

  • General
  • Research
  • History
  • Cause
  • Action

Procedure

  1. Log in to Plant Applications Web Client.
  2. In the application navigation menu, select Autolog (Preview) ().
  3. Open the required autolog display.
  4. Scroll to the event column, then hover over any one of the following and click to view.
    • Product name
    • Date
    • Time
    • Status
    A right pane appears.
  5. Do the following:
    • Select the General tab to view information such as the unit, event type, description, status, start time, end time, and duration detail.
    • Select the Research tab to view information such as the user name, research status, open date and closed date.
    • Select the History tab to view information such as unit, event type, and start time.
    • Select the Cause tab to view cause details for the event.
    • Select the Action tab to view action details for the event.
