Mr. Rathindra Nath Basu

Mr. Rathindra Nath Basu is a seasoned leader in the power and energy sector, currently serving as the Chairman and Independent Director of GE Vernova T&D India Ltd.
With a distinguished career covering the full spectrum of the power sector value chain, Mr. Basu has played a pivotal role in transforming the energy landscape across India and South Asia.

Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Sandeep Zanzaria

Sandeep is Managing Director and CEO for GE Vernova T&D India Ltd (GEVTDIL) and is also responsible for Strategy & Global Accounts for GE Vernova Grid Solutions Business for Asia Pacific Region. GE Vernova T&D India Ltd is a listed company on India Stock Exchange with a Market Cap of more than Four Billion Dollars and is a leading Transmission Player in the country. GE Vernova T&D India has 5 factories in India and employes more than 5000 people directly or indirectly.

Mr. Sushil Kumar

Mr. Sushil Kumar has rich finance experience of 25 years working with organizations like GE, Alstom, Areva and Schneider. He has been working with the Company for the past 15 years and has held responsibilities in various finance domains including Chief Financial Officer, Commercial finance, Turnkey business, Strategy and Business planning.

Ms. Neera Saggi

Ms. Neera Saggi brings over 40 years of diverse experience across both public and private sectors. As a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), she held key roles across various domains including ports, SEZs, export promotion, textiles, district administration, and rural development and worked closely with multiple stakeholders across government and industry.

Mr. Sanjay Sagar

Mr. Sanjay Sagar brings more than four decades of experience, with the last two spent in the energy sector. He served as Joint Managing Director & CEO of JSW Energy Ltd. from 2012 to 2017, a period during which the company made its successful entry into hydro power generation and doubled its overall generation capacity. Under his stewardship, the profitability of the company grew by almost seven times.

Mr. Johan Bindele

Mr. Johan Bindele has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, managing operations and large projects across India, Nepal, Sudan, Switzerland, and United States of America. He currently leads Grid Systems Integration at GE’s Vernova, overseeing a global team of 3,500employees across more than 50 countries.

Mr. Sandeep Zanzaria

Mr. Sandeep Zanzaria has extensive experience of over 33 years in Transmission and Distribution Sector in India. He has been handling Strategy & Growth for Grid Solutions Business for Asia Pacific. He started his career with BHEL in 1990 as raduate Engineer Trainee. He left BHEL and joined ALSTOM T&D in 2004 and worked in various roles of Commercial and Unit Managing Director of the Project Business. In 2015 he joined Schneider Electric India as Vice resident Projects for South Asia. In 2017 he joined GE T&D India Ltd and was responsible for driving the commercial Strategy for Grid Solutions Business for South Asia. Mr. Sandeep Zanzaria is National Executive Member of IEEMA since August 2021. He is alumnus of Maulana Azad College of Technology Bhopal (Earlier REC and now NIT) from where he graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1989. He has attended Senior Leadership Development Programs at ISB Hyderabad, GE MDC Program at Crotonville in USA

Mr. Sushil Kumar

Mr. Sushil Kumar has rich finance experience of 24 Years working with organizations like GE, Alstom, Areva and Schneider. He has been working with the Company for the past 14 years and has held responsibilities in various finance domains including strategy, commercial finance,Treasury, Turnkey business, Strategy and business planning. He has led integration efforts and drove various finance initiative in the Company. He started his career as Audit Manager in M/s. A.F. Ferguson & Co. where he spent three years before moving to the Power Industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
