Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights:

In 2025, as GE Vernova celebrated one full year as a standalone company, the company took ideas that were only recently on the drafting board and put them into action. From small modular nuclear reactors to advanced grid software to a high-voltage superhighway on the Baltic Sea, a new world of innovations is emerging to electrify and decarbonize the world. Take a look at how 2025 was the year GE Vernova began making the future come alive today.

Earlier this year, GE Vernova CEO Scott Strazik wrote that helping to solve the energy challenges of tomorrow depends on the “gritty, never-give-up” hopefulness of its 75,000 employees. “What we’ve learned in our first historic year as GE Vernova is that the best way to do this starts on our factory floors, at the installed base, and in our research centers, all guided by a relentless sense of optimism in our capacity to create and lead positive change.”

In 2010, India’s grid was in crisis. The Asian nation struggled with power deficits close to 13% during periods of peak demand, while around one in four Indians still lacked access to electricity. But India has come a long way, and fast. Today 99.6% of Indians have electricity access.

Last month, world leaders met in Belém, Brazil, at the UN’s COP30 summit to share their plans to implement solutions to address climate change. The next week, 5,300 miles away in Johannesburg, South Africa, at the annual summit of the B20 (or Business 20), a forum of the G20 for the global business community, leaders focused on a similar theme: “Inclusive Growth and Shared Prosperity Through Global Cooperation.” It’s a subject close to the heart of GE Vernova’s leadership, of which there were several members at both conferences.

Yesterday, GE Vernova hosted its 2025 Investor Update event in New York City. We see a stronger financial trajectory ahead with substantially higher returns expected beyond 2028. We raised our multi-year financial outlook, and announced that our Board of Directors approved the doubling of our dividend and increased our share buyback authorization. We also reaffirmed our 2025 revenue and adjusted EBITDA margin* guidance, raised our 2025 free cash flow* guidance and presented our 2026 financial guidance.

Neha Joshi first heard of ANYbotics in 2024, from a colleague who’d just deployed one of the Swiss company’s four-legged robots at a power site in Israel. Little did she realize that the next few weeks of her work life would involve taking data recorded in Israel, testing it in Schenectady, New York, where Joshi is based, and deploying a robot to another site in Ireland to confirm the findings.
